Things land investors ask first

Does this work for raw, undeveloped land — not just residential?

Yes — that's specifically what we built it for. ParcelView3D was designed by a land investor running rural and undeveloped acreage. Topo, slope, road access, mineral rights, wetlands, and flood data are all native overlays. Residential 3D tour tools assume you're walking through a house; PV3D assumes you're flying over land.

Do I need drone footage or a 3D scanner?

No. Just an APN. We pull from public LiDAR, satellite imagery, and county parcel data automatically. You can add your own photos and videos if you have them, but it's not required to ship a polished listing.

How fast can I get a portfolio of 50+ listings live?

Bulk import via CSV gets your full portfolio into PV3D in minutes — each listing renders in seconds. From there, Land Sync™ (Growth plan and up) pushes those finished 3D listings out to Land.com automatically. Most customers go from "I just signed up" to "all 50 listings live with 3D viewers, syndicated to Land.com" within an afternoon.

How does this integrate with my CRM and existing site?

Lead captures sync directly to Follow Up Boss, or to any CRM via the leads webhook. The 3D viewer embeds with one line of code anywhere — your own site, MLS, Land.com listings, email, or QR codes on yard signs.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

Do I need to send drone footage or visit the property? +
No — that's the whole point. We pull aerial imagery from satellite sources using just the parcel ID, then layer in AI-generated concept renderings to show what's possible on the land. No site visit, no drone, no equipment needed on your end. If you do have photos, send them on the kickoff call and we'll work them in.
Can I use the video and graphics anywhere I want? +
Yes. Once delivered, the video and all assets are yours to use however you want — Facebook ads, YouTube, MLS, Land.com, Zillow, your website, email blasts, anywhere. No usage restrictions, no royalties. You own the deliverables outright.
What if I have my own logo or branding? +
Bring it. Send your logo and any brand colors on the kickoff call and we'll add them to the listing graphics and video end-card. Especially useful for realtors and agencies — your brand on every deliverable.
What if I don't like the first draft? +
Tell us what's off and we'll revise it. You get unlimited revisions for 14 days after delivery — wrong vibe, wrong concept, wrong angle, want different music feel — we'll keep iterating until you're happy. The 14-day window is plenty of time for a few rounds of feedback.
How is this different from a regular ParcelView3D subscription? +

Important distinction — they're not the same product:

Subscriptions give you access to the interactive 3D map platform — you build live, embeddable 3D viewers of your properties, generate your own concept images, and put working 3D map experiences on your listing site. Buyers can fly around the parcel themselves. Best for sellers who want their listings to be interactive online.

Done-For-You is a one-time service — you pay per property and we deliver static marketing assets: a 60-second video, AI concept images, listing graphics, aerial screenshots, and ad-ready exports. You do NOT get a live interactive 3D map for the property — those are subscription-only. Best for sellers who just need creative for ads, MLS, and social posts without managing a platform.

Many of our customers run a subscription and order DFY for high-priority listings — the subscription gives them interactive viewers on their site, and DFY gives them ad-ready assets to drive traffic to those viewers.

Is multi-pack the same property or different properties? +
Different properties — that's the whole reason multi-packs save you money. The 3-Pack at $897 covers 3 separate properties at $299 each. The 10-Pack at $2,490 covers 10 separate properties at $249 each. You don't have to use them all at once — order today, send us properties as your inventory comes in.
What if my listing sells before all my pack videos are made? +
Multi-pack credits don't expire — use them on whatever properties you want, whenever you want. If you've used 2 of 3 in your pack and your inventory hasn't refreshed yet, the third credit waits for your next listing. No pressure, no deadline.
