Data Deletion Requests
If you have connected a Facebook Page (or any other social media account) to ParcelView3D and want us to delete all stored data associated with that connection, you have two options.
Option 1: Self-Service (Instant)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly from your ParcelView3D dashboard:
1. Log in to your ParcelView3D account at parcelview3d.com
2. Navigate to “Social Posting” in the dashboard sidebar
3. Click “Disconnect” next to the Facebook Page (or other connected account) you want to remove
4. Within 30 days, all stored access tokens and account metadata are permanently purged from our database
If you have revoked our app’s access from your Facebook account directly (via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites), our system will automatically detect the revocation on the next attempt to use the access token, mark the connection as inactive, and purge the credentials within 7 days.
Option 2: Email Request (Manual)
If you cannot access your dashboard or prefer to request deletion via email, contact us at:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: The Facebook Page name or URL you want disconnected, and the email address associated with your ParcelView3D account.
We will process your request within 5 business days and send confirmation when data has been removed.
What Data Is Deleted
When you disconnect a Facebook Page or request deletion, the following is permanently removed:
– Facebook Page Access Tokens (encrypted credentials we use to publish posts)
– Facebook Page ID and Page name (stored to identify which Page is connected)
– Auto-posting configuration tied to that Page
What Data Is Retained
For your reference and operational records, we retain the following for 12 months after disconnection, then permanently delete:
– Post history (caption text, timestamp, and the property the post was generated from)
– Error logs from any failed posting attempts
If you also want this historical data deleted immediately, include that request in your email and we will purge it within 5 business days.
