Each property video is custom work — we spend several hours per video on AI generation, concept renderings, listing graphics, and ad-ready exports. The refund cliffs below reflect where that time gets committed.
Our promise: if you're not happy with what we deliver, we'll keep revising it until you are. Your recourse after delivery is more iterations, not your money back.
From the moment you pay until the moment your kickoff call begins, you can request a full refund for any reason. Just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll process it within 3 business days. No explanation needed.
If you booked a kickoff call but want to cancel before it starts, that still counts as "before kickoff" — full refund applies.
Once your kickoff call has happened, we've started work. We've reviewed your property details, set up the AI generation pipeline, and may have already produced concept images. If you want to cancel before we deliver the first draft of your video, you'll receive a 50% refund of the package price.
For multi-pack orders (3-Pack and 10-Pack): the 50% refund applies pro-rata to videos that haven't been delivered yet. For example, on a 3-Pack ($897) where one video has been delivered and you want to cancel the other two: refund = ($897 ÷ 3) × 2 × 0.5 = $299. Already-delivered videos are not refundable.
Once we've delivered the first draft of any video (the cinematic 60-second video, concept images, listing graphics, and aerial screenshots), that video is non-refundable. The work is done.
Instead, you get unlimited revisions for 14 days from the delivery date. If anything about the video doesn't fit your vision — wrong vibe, wrong angle, wrong concept, want different music feel — tell us and we'll revise it. As many rounds as needed within 14 days.
After the 14-day revision window closes, we consider the video accepted and the order complete.
The +$99 rush turnaround add-on is non-refundable once we've started production on your order, regardless of how the rest of the package is refunded. Rush slots reserve priority capacity that we can't reuse if you cancel late.
If you cancel before the kickoff call, the rush fee is included in the full refund.
Email [email protected] with your order number (in your confirmation email) and the reason. We'll respond within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you in good faith on any legitimate concern. Chargebacks initiated after deliverables have been accepted (received and not contested within the revision window) will be contested with documentation of customer agreement to this policy at checkout, attendance of the kickoff call, and proof of delivery.
This refund policy applies only to the Done-For-You video service. ParcelView3D subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, etc.) and add-on credit packs have their own terms and are governed by our main Terms of Service.
